Community Nursing Care

AAAR Ability Assist is Registered NDIS Provider for Community Nursing Care.

Community Nursing Care is provided to participants having complex individual support needs that are best met by medical practitioners and field experts. Differently abled people need medical care adapted to their bodily needs, to cater to which we are providing trainings on managing their health in emergency situations. Throughout the community nursing care program, participants are trained on how to take care of their medication, manage their wounds, and maintain hygiene. We provide this training through registered nurses or medical practitioners to ensure patient’s progress. We are proffering services amended to meet the treatment and medication requirements.

We are registered to deliver:

  • Complex Bowel Care 
  • Enteral (Nasogastric Tube – Jejunum or Duodenum) Feeding and Management 
  • Tracheostomy Management 
  • Urinary Catheter Management (In-dwelling Urinary Catheter, In-out Catheter, Suprapubic Catheter) 
  • Subcutaneous Injections 
  • Complex Wound Management 
  • Day-to-day management of medications
