NDIS Code of Conduct

AAAR Ability Assist Pty Ltd and its employees obey and comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct by offering assistance or facilities to individuals with disabilities.

 AAAR Ability Assist Pty Ltd and its employees will take sensible measures to prevent and respond to all forms of violence, neglect and abuse of individuals with a disability and take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.

AAAR Ability Assist Pty Ltd and its employees must provide safe and professional support facilities with care and integrity and behave in compliance with relevant laws and agreements with respect to the rights to freedom of speech, self-determination and decision making. Employees will take prompt action to raise and address concerns about issues that may reduce the quality and safety of the aid and services provided to disabled individuals.

If a client or other participant wants to file a complaint under the NDIS Code of Conduct against AAAR Ability Assist Pty Ltd they will be directed to the AAAR Ability Assist Pty Ltd Policy and Procedure on Feedback Compliments and Complaints. If AAAR Ability Assist Pty Ltd or its employees breach the NDIS Code of Conduct, AAAR Ability Assist Pty Ltd shall comply to any training, compliance or implementation interventions specified by the NDIS Commissioner.
