Early Childhood Supports

Supporting children to reach their potential (0 – 6 years)

AAAR Ability Assist as an NDIS Partner in the Community to deliver Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) Services, AAAR Ability Assist works closely with families and carers of children aged 0-6 years to develop the skills children need to take part in daily activities and achieve the best possible outcomes throughout their lives.

The ECEI approach allows families and carers of children under seven who have a developmental delay or disability to access timely, targeted and individualised early childhood intervention support for their child. AAAR Ability Assist will be your first point of contact. We support families who wish to better understand their child’s support needs, identifying the most appropriate response to address those needs.

Initial Supports may include access to information, direct provision of early intervention strategies, family-based education and parenting support and linkages to community and mainstream services. If it is identified that a child would be better supported through an individual funded National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan, we can assist families through the access process.

Support provided early will give your child the best chance of achieving their potential.
